This course is designed to equip beginners with the knowledge and skills needed to start their strength training journey with confidence and safety.

WHAT YOU GET

Push

Master the fundamental pushing movements to build upper body strength and power. This session focuses on chest, shoulder, and tricep exercises to improve your pushing capacity in both daily life and athletic performance.

Pull

Enhance your pulling strength and posture with targeted back and bicep exercises. Our Pull session helps you develop a strong, sculpted upper body while improving functional movements essential for everyday activities.

Squat

Build lower body strength and stability through various squat techniques and progressions. This session targets your quads, glutes, and calves, improving your overall leg power and enhancing your ability to perform daily tasks with ease.

Hinge

 Learn proper hip hinge mechanics to strengthen your posterior chain and protect your lower back. Our Hinge session focuses on deadlifts and other hip-dominant movements, crucial for both athletic performance and injury prevention.
